I. Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Inked City Tattoos website ("Site") or visiting our studio located at 1462 Liberty St, Trenton, NJ 08629, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Services
Inked City Tattoos provides professional custom tattooing and piercing services. All services are subject to artist availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we deem appropriate, including but not limited to health and safety concerns.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattooing or piercing services. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment. Minors will not be served under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent.
4. Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated no-shows may be refused future appointments.
5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing or piercing process. Inked City Tattoos follows strict sterilization and sanitation protocols in compliance with New Jersey state regulations. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by your artist.
6. Artwork & Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by Inked City Tattoos artists are the intellectual property of the respective artist and the studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse our original artwork without explicit written consent. By commissioning a design, you grant Inked City Tattoos the right to photograph the finished tattoo and use the images for promotional purposes.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the permanent and custom nature of tattooing, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your result, please contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to address concerns through a touch-up session at our discretion.
8. Liability Limitation
Inked City Tattoos is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, or improper care after leaving the studio. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
9. Website Content
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of Inked City Tattoos and/or its artists and is protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Last updated: March 2026.

By receiving a tattoo or piercing at Inked City Tattoos, you grant us permission to photograph the artwork and use those images on our website, social media channels (including Instagram @inked_city_tattoos), and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your artist before your session.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
